- The purpose of this work is to explore the possibility and practical application of the microcomputer in processing information for educational administrative purposes and to construct a database manual for easy utilization. To make this a reality, several software packages were investigated/studied for possible adaptability. The results show that when paired with the appropriate software package, the ENABLE software package is used for this demonstration, the microcomputer can be a valuable tool for administrative record keeping at all levels. By using the power of the microcomputer, administrators can become more effective in school record maintenance and the report process.
