- This video features a "Get Out The Vote" meeting in Atlanta, Georgia in which audience members discuss voting rights, election monitoring and auditing, and other voting related issues. The meeting is led by Keith Jennings, the director of Count Every Vote 2004. Patrick Merloe, the senior associate and director of electoral programs at the National Democratic Institute, speaks about voting issues and answers questions asked by audience members. Among the commentators are chairs of the Count Every Vote campaign Sherri Bevel and Linda Burnham, LaTosha Brown (a community organizer who founded TruthSpeaks Consulting), Dr. William H.
