- This video features a drug rally event on July 10, 1992 in Charlottesville, Virginia. This video begins with an unidentified woman addressing a congregation in preparation for an anti-drug rally, encouraging all to turn to each other and not on each other. Included in this event are religious songs and hymns, motivational speeches regarding anti-drug initiatives and community development, and remarks from drug abuse victims. This video concludes with motivational words from a pastor. No video from 00:06:33 to 00:06:49. Video appearance becomes blurry at 000:06:50.
