- Description:
- This recording begins with a woman wailing and speaking in tongues. Dell reads 1 Corinthians 15:51-53, among songs sung by the choir. A few women then deliver eulogies for Mother Mims, with enthusiastic singing after and a woman sings a solo of I Must Tell Jesus All of My Trials. Dell delivers a eulogy quoting Numbers 23:10, and talks about the glorious death of the righteous. He discusses Balaam and how he was blinded by his love of money, and how material things should never interfere with God. He notes that Paul was not afraid of death because he was right with the eternal God, and that the church is an eternal building that will last forever. He leads a call and response about heaven and how everyone will be equal.
