- Bishop J. Howard Dell begins by documenting some of the history of the COGIC churches in Georgia, including: Sims Street; one of the largest COGIC churches in Kirkwood; Thompson; Augusta; Millen; Scarborough; Jordan Grove in Dublin (where Dell pastored); and Kingsview in Dublin, GA. This abruptly ends and the rest of the tape contains seven morning devotionals from Dell, where he references Acts 3:19, the gospel that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord, and how one must repent to be converted. Other topics include Ecclesiastes, how God rules the seasons of nature and of revival, and Hebrews, which speaks of personal meeting with God and accepting the Holy Ghost.
