Bishop Allen gives the 1968 commencement address at the Interdenominational Theological Center. The title of the address is Undiminished Faith in the Unbroken Promise. In the address, Bishop Allen challenges the graduating students to go follow the road of humility and unselfish service. Also included is a short sermon by Interdenominational Theological Center student titled The Forgiving God.
