- Description:
- Reverend Ernest Ammon (1912-2003) attended Southern Illinois University-Carbondale and went on to teach. He was later ordained as a Baptist minister and pastored various churches in Saline County, Illinois. This audio recording was from a series called, The Chapel Upstairs. In this audio recording, Dr. Ammon discusses the spiritual race and the importance of Christians helping each other in the Christian race. He urges the audience to find out what influences them to move in the wrong direction and then ask the Lord for strength to confront it and turn away from it.
