born to the late Ben and Annie Bell Felder.
i\.:frs. Robinson was a 1956 graduate of the historic Wilkinson High School. It was in the halls of \'V'ilkinson she met a veteran returning form the Korean War. Theirs was a courtship which resulted in a 56-year marriage partnership. Josephine was a homemaker who loved her family unconditionally Additionally she served as the secretary of Professional Barber Shops, Inc.
Josephine was a devoted mother to Deborah Lynne, Paul Elliott, Jr.
Leslie :Monique Robinson. As a stay-at-home mother, their home was filled
with laughter, nurturing and wonderful memories. She demonstrated the
importance of having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. She taught the
importance of knowing "to whom much is given, much is required," and she
modeled compassion, patience, gentleness, kindness and faithfulness in the
way in which she carried herself until death.

"Josey Love" adored her grandchildren, and they adored her. Jia says/ "Grandma was always willing to give advice on something as simple as a recipe or as challenging as life." Paul III says, "I loved her support during my _ walk on Senior Day during the 2011 Bulldog football season." John III shares, "She taught me how to cook a meal from scratch and offered her positive support during all phases of my life with unconditional love." Sadia shares, "She always inspired me to be the best I could be in every situation, because you can't be any better than the best."
As a 50 plus year member of the St. Paul Baptist Church, she served faithfully
in many capacities. She served in the Nursery, as a Youth Advisor with
T.E.A.l\1. Tutoring, and was active with the Senior's :Ministry. She was a
fow1ding member of the Young \~'omen's Baptist Society, where she served
as Secretary for many years . Mrs. Robinson impacted d1e lives of youtl1 and
young adults as an advisor to the formerly known United Voices Choir.
Additionally, she was a member of the Sunday School and Deaconess
1vfinistries. In the community, she was a poll worker in Suburban 2,
member of the Corona Friendship Club, and a member of Lono~rned,
Citizens of \Vhittaker Heights.

She leaves to cherish and honor her memory: a devoted husband, Paul, Sr.;
loving and dedicated children, Deborah Qohn) Herring of College Park,
Georgia, Paul (Sherri) of Orangeburg, South Carolina and Leslie of Marietta,
Georgia; four grandchildren; sister, Mrs. Edna Stevenson of Harlem, New
York; brothers, Mr. Ben (Ruth) Felder of San Antonio, Texas and Mr. Melvin
Felder of Chandler, Arizona; sisters-in-law, Ivfrs. Josephine Evans
Orangeburg, South Carolina, Nirs. Ruby Lott of South Ozone Park, New
York, Mrs. Annie Lois Saunders of Brooklyn, New York, Mrs. Louis
(Walter) Cleckley of Myrtle Beach, Soud1 Carolina and Mrs. Betty (Cartez)
Johnson of Hollis, New York; brother-in-law, Rev. Joseph (Lizzie) Robinson
of Williamstown, New Jersey; and a number of extended family and friends.

On Saturday, J\!Iay 26, 2012, our Champion left her earthly abode to reside in
her new heavenly home, following a fifteen-year courageous battle with
cancer. She is now pain-free and has joined her parents and siblings with Jesus
in Heaven. \Vhat a rich legacy Josephine Elizabeth Felder Robinson has left
for all who remain. Amen! Amen! Amen!
