Don'tgrievefor me, for now I 'mfree. I 'm f ollowing the path God laidfor me. I took His hand when I heard Him calL
I turned my back and left it all.
I could not stay another day, To laugh, to love, to work or to play Tasks left undone must stay that way I found that place at the close of the day.
If my parting has left a void,
Then fill it with rememberedjoys. A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss, And,yes, these things I too will miss. Be not burdened with times of so"ow. I wishyou the sunshine of tomo"ow.
My life's been fu14 I've savored much. Goodfriends, good times, a loved one's touch.
Perhaps my time seemed all too brief, Don't lengthen it now with undue grief
Lift upyour heart and share with me,
God wanted me now. He set mefree.
"Call now, if there be a'!Y that will answer thee;
and to which ofthe saints wilt thou turn? For wrath killeth the foolish man, and en"!Y slqyeth the sii!J one. I have seen thefo olish taking root: but sudden!J I t:ursed his habitation.
