We are never quite prepared to face the departure of a loved one to eternity. However at such a time, it is with deep gratitude that we extend heartfelt thanks to our friends and relatives for the many expressions of kindness shown to us during our time of bereavement. We are deeply appreciative of your prayers, cards, telegrams, lovely flowers, and your comforting presence. Whatever you did to console our hearts, we thank you.

THE TWENTY-THIRD PSALM
The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still
waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the path ofrighteousness for his
name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley ofthe shadow ofdeath, I willfear no
evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staffthey comfort me. Thou preparesI a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou
anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days ofmy life: and I
will dwell in the house ofthe LORDfor ever.
