Description
This history of the College from 1897-1990 is the most substantial history of that time period. It was written by a beloved member of the College community, Dr. Mary Charlotte Lane. Dr. Lane was with Piedmont College from 1975 until she passed away in 2007., After she retired in 1985, she became College Archivist; and her work organizing our historical materials was essential to her ability to write the first comprehensive history of the College.
