Ten Eyck also designed the courthouse next door. The Georgian was renovated in 1985 to become luxury downtown apartments and in 2007 converted to condos. Author Margaret Mitchell was said to have stayed here. The Georgian is two blocks from the University of Georgia’s North Campus.
