The image is of Fort Moultrie and the grave of Osceola, a Seminole Indian Chief, in Charleston, S.C. Osceola (1804-1838) was born Billy Powell. He was an influential leader during the Second Seminole War. He was captured and imprisoned in Ft. Moultrie in 1936 where he died the following year.  Fort Moultrie became Historic National Park in 1948.  Text on reverse: “Fort Moultrie successfully defended the harbor against the British fleet under Sir Peter Parker. It is now a modern Coast Guard Defense and Army Post."
