Two story brick house of rectangular plan. Truncated tin hipped roof. Full width monumental portico with square posts. Brick coursing piers. Double hung sash windows with 2/2 lights. Poor condition. Date of Construction: Prior to 1922. Most houses in this neighborhood are very functional, this house is unusual being 2 story and brick. Not significant in terms of a district because there are too many modern intrusions around.</dc:description><dc:format>application/pdf</dc:format><dc:format>image/jpeg</dc:format><dc:language>eng</dc:language><dc:publisher>South Georgia Area Planning and Development Commission</dc:publisher><dc:rights>http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC-EDU/1.0/</dc:rights><dc:source>gahp-survey;f07_va-47-118</dc:source><dc:subject>Historic buildings</dc:subject><dc:subject>Real property surveys</dc:subject><dc:subject>Lowndes County Historical Society (Lowndes County, Ga.)</dc:subject><dc:subject>Valdosta (Ga.)</dc:subject><dc:title>Georgia Architectural and Historic Properties Survey of 120 Second Avenue, Valdosta, Ga., October 1980</dc:title><dc:type>Text</dc:type><dc:type>StillImage</dc:type></oai_dc:dc>
