The series begins with a shot of a sign reading "Newport and The Jazz Festival welcomes you -- Where there's life!". The clips go on to show a gift shop called "The Treasure Island" and a toy store which have broken windows, National Guard troops and policemen, and workers cleaning up piles of debris. Finally there is a lengthy shot of the beach where many people, presumably festival attendees, are sleeping.</dc:description><dc:description>Supporting information was taken from the following source: <i>The Wall Street Journal</i>, 1 July 2010.
