Reporter Terry Casey is interviewing Mr. Reeves in a hospital room. Mr. Casey first asks what Mr. Reeves remembers about the incident. He recalls being shot in the arm as he walked. He also recalls telling Mr. Flynt to stay down. Mr. Reeves then goes on to talk about how he and Mr. Flynt were taken to the same hospital and put in the same room. He also speaks about how he and Mr. Flynt were able to talk and check on one another's condition. Mr. Reeves then goes on to talk about how the shooter was probably from out of town, as the majority of people he and Mr. Flynt encounter in Gwinnett County are friendly. Next, Mr. Reeves talks and about Mr. Flynt's religion and how he is a born again Christian. Mr. Reeves is then asked if he has any idea about why they were shot and who might have been the shooter. Mr. Reeves replies that he has no idea. He does say that he believes whatever problem that caused a person to target Mr. Flynt probably occurred before the obscenity trial. He doesn't think there is a connection. Mr. Reeves interjects that he believes that prosecutor Gary Davis is receiving unwarranted criticism in relation to the shootings. He then goes on to say that the judge declaring a mistrial was the right thing to do. Mr. Reeves states he wants to get back to work as a lawyer and mentions that both Larry Flynt and Jimmy Carter have both been in his law office at some point. The interview ends with a question about the police investigation. Mr. Reeves indicates that the police know what has happened, but do not know who committed the shooting.\nReporter: Casey, Terry\nTitle supplied by cataloger."]},"rights":"http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/","requiredStatement":{"label":{"en":["Attribution"]},"value":{"en":["In Copyright (http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/)\nHenry W.
