There are several clips of people watching from the streets and nearby businesses. The fire also spread to the Continental Insurance building next door. Flames and smoke are seen in both buildings in several of the shots. Several firemen were treated for smoke inhalation, including W.M. Ramey who is shown in one shot receiving oxygen. There were other injuries also that were attended to by emergency personnel.
