They have not been microfilmed by the Georgia Archives. Document B Front 21 June 1836 Minister of ___________________ preferred a charge against ________ Dodd saying she herd at meeting some ________ back denied facts in the face of the church that should be proven against her. the charge was taken up and referred to a committee of 5 brethren and two sisters the brethren appointed were the Deacons, J. Curbow, _______, T. M. Bagby, John Barker, Sisters Mary Born and Mary Bagby 3rd appointed Brethern Rice N. Phillips, J. Compton, and E. Bagby as our Delegates to the association 4th granted a Letter of dismission to Bro. N Crossno July 27th the committee appointed yesterday Reported that they had had the parties Together and found that their difficulties Arose by misunderstanding and that the Sisters had extended the right hand of Fellowship to each other and agreed to be at peace. ___________________________________________________________________________________ 23rd July 1836 Met in conference in peace 1st opened a door for the reception of members 2nd read and adopted an article prepared by our clerk touching the crime of our members circulating defamatory reports against each other and ordered it to be attached to and become part of our Rules of Decorum 3rd Read and approved the association letter 4th granted a Letter of Dismission to Sister Susannah Phillips _____________________________________________________________________________________ 27th August 1836 Met in conference our pastor being absent Brother Jones was called to act as Moderator after finding the Church in peace opened the door for the reception of members and received Celia Brown by Experience.   Document B Back 22 September 1836 Met in conference. 1st inquired for the fellowship of the church when a charge was brought against Brother George T. Dodd accusing him of recently being intoxicated with ardent Spirits and the fact being established he was excluded. 2nd Opened a door for the reception of members. _____________________________________________________________________________________ 22nd October 1836 Met in conference 1st found in peace 2nd opened a door for the reception of members 3rd appointed Brethren the Deacons, the Clerk, A. Humphrey and R. Fields a committee on preaching at this place for one year from the date hereof 4th granted a Letter of dismission to Sister Rebecca Pendley 5th Resolved that in future worship commence here at half past 11 oclock A. M. or sooner if need be _____________________________________________________________________________________ 26th November 1836 Met in conference in peace and opened a door for the reception of members. _____________________________________________________________________________________ 24th December 1836 Met in conference 1st inquired for the fellowship then Brother Wm N. Flynn came forward seemingly much hurt with himself for having recently drank too freely of Ardent Spirits. This acknowledge ment was of such character that the church agreed to bear with him admonishing him to guard against the same evil in the future.
