Haro highlights the importance of the employees to the success of the restaurant, the multinational makeup of the employees, and the flexibility and receptiveness regarding employees' needs. He comments on the most popular dishes served, the familial culture of the restaurant, and his enjoyment of talking to customers. He discusses successes and mistakes that the restaurant has experienced, the need for experience when entering the restaurant business, and the way the restaurant gives back to the Athens community. In 1992 he moved with his family to Gainesville, Georgia and two years later settled in Athens, Georgia.
