[001] Georgia Franklin County Know all men by these presents that I Keziah Connally widow & relict of Charles Connally deceased for and in consideration of the natural love & affection which I have and bear unto Robert Burton, Dempsey Connally and Vina Connally; I have this day and do by these presents give unto them the said Robert Burton Dempsey Connally and Vina Connally all my claim interest share & part of the following Negros, being part of the personal Estate of the said Charles Connally deceased, to wit, Isaac, Hannah (and her children) Harry, Isaac, Dany, Phillis, Lewis, Rachel, Queen, Patience, Selia, and Luke, and their future increase, to the the said Robert Burton, Dempsey Connally and Vina Connally to be taken unto possession & enjoyed by them or the survivor, or survivors, after my deceased or all they shall marry or arrive at lawful ages and I the said Keziah Connally do & will forever warrant & defend my share & part of the said Negroes so given unto them the said Robert Burtonn Dempsey Connally and Vina Connally against the claim of myself my heirs Executors, administrators & assigns, & against all & every person Claiming viz [?] or through me in witness whereof I do hereunto set my hand and seal this 14th day of November 1814 [document destroyed] word all claim and interest [unknown] [signed] K.
