[001] In Eastern Circuit Court Nassau County, Florida In matter of Petition by Edwin R. Alberti Trustee of Mary A. & H. P. Sims Upon reading the deed of Marriage Settlement, between Mary A. Sadler, & H. P. Sims, as well as Petition of Edwin R. Alberti Trustee, for order to sell the Negro Slaves therein named. And it appearing that the said H. P. Sims and Mary A. Sims his Wife, join in application for such order of court - And, it further appearing that said Slaves are now in posses- -sion of said Trustee in the County of Nassau in this Circuit. It is therefore ordered and decreed, that the said Edwin R. Alberti, be and is hereby Authorised [Authorized] to sell the Slaves named in said Deed of Marriage settlement, together with their increase, either at private or public Sale, and on such terms as may be deemed [words deleted: best] most advantageous - and that said Trustee be Authorised [Authorized] to reinvest the proceeds of such Sales, in such manner as he may deem best to effect the purpose of this trust. It is further ordered that the Sum of five hundred dollars be appropriated from the proceeds of Such Sales for the immediate benefit of said Mary A.
