Dear Sir 
You favr of 
20th ult. coverng the resolution adopted by the Legislature 
of Georgia, authorizing your Excellency to appoint "a 
Commissioner and Surveyor on the part of Georgia" under 
the Intulocutory decree of the Supreme Court relating 
to the Controvrsy between Georgia & Flordia respecting 
"the boundary line" - was received. 
I have received no Copy of the Interlocutory decree 
but on receipt of your favor ordered one. As 
soon as received I will advise your Excellency 
of the action which I may feel authorized to take 
under it.
