twelve hundred Dollars for the the following 
three negroes to wit Rose, Bill a boy twenty one 
years of age, Jacob about sixteen which said 
negroes I warrant & defend to the said Lamar 
His Heirs & assigns against myself my  
Heirs & all and every other person or claims  
whatsoever & further as Healthy & sound
