Brown newspaper caption attached to verso of the print: "Fire Sweeps Piedmont Driving Club. Graphic scenes last Monday when flames caused damage estimated at $75,000 at the exclusive club at Piedmont Avenue and Fifteenth Street." Verso is stamped, "Jan 26 1958" and inscribed "Page 4, May 23, 1937, Flames and smoke envelope the north. Photo D, Jan 26 AJ, Page 21." The fire truck appears to date from the 1930s.
