When secretaries cut stencils, it is your and only your responsibility as faculty to proof these stencils before they are run. We have recently had to re-run several stencils for faculty because they had not been proofed and were in error. This is an expensive and unnecessary amount of work as a result of not being proofed. In the future, you will be required to sign a proofing release before a stencil can be run. 3.
