"Bill" Calloway (1908-1999) was an investment and real estate broker in Atlanta, Georgia. In 1942, he partnered with T.M. Alexander to establish the Alexander-Calloway Realty Company. The men later founded the Consolidated Mortgage and Investment Company, which made small loans to African Americans who were unable to secure bank loans from other sources.
