Archivists recorded information about the topics and dates of the pictures while the negatives were made. The owners kept the original photographs and in this manner 18,000 historic photographs were preserved. The negatives were later scanned and indexed and put online in the Digital Library of Georgia.</dc:description><dc:format>image/jpeg</dc:format><dc:rights>http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/UND/1.0/</dc:rights><dc:source>Ad Hoc Collection</dc:source><dc:source>Photographs and Negatives, Administration, RG 4-1-57, Georgia Archives</dc:source><dc:subject>Photographs--Conservation and restoration--Georgia</dc:subject><dc:subject>Photographs as information resources--Georgia</dc:subject><dc:subject>Vans--Georgia</dc:subject><dc:subject>Lowndes County Historical Society (Lowndes County, Ga.)</dc:subject><dc:title>Vanishing Georgia Mobile Photo Lab, Exterior</dc:title><dc:type>StillImage</dc:type></oai_dc:dc>
