the majority of his formative years in Evans County, hater 
moving to Savannah, ^JL., where he competed his high schooC 
education at JLfredE. (Beach High SchooC 
Jifter graduation, he Cived and worked in Savannah Before enCisting 
in the armed services. VChiCe enCisted, he had the opportunity to 
serve aCongside his father, JC- Jdfter his honorahCe discharge he 
returned to Savannah where he Cived for a while Before moving to 
Miami, EL. Ehere, he pursued his CifeCong passion for Mortuary 
Science, receiving an associate degree from Miami-Dade Community 
CoClege. Later he would join the staff of the (Dade County MedicaC 
Examiners Office, from which he retired after 25 years ofCoyaCand 
dedicated service.
