Calvin Elliott Oglesbee departed this life on Tuesday, October 6, 2015 at Evans County Memorial Hospital. Elliot, as he was so fondly called, was born to the late Franklin Washington and Sharon Oglesbee. He was educated in the White Plains Public Schools and later attended Baltimore Culinary Institute of Maryland. Elliotts passion was cooking and baking. He was employed by The Claxton Fruit Cake Company which became his extended family. Outside of work, Elliott was an avid Giants fan with a love of many other sports. He was a kind and loving soul with an infectious smile to anyone he came in contact with. He leaves to cherish his memories, his devoted and loving mother Sharon Oglesbee; his grandmother, (Bambi) Ella Oglesbee Jones; (2) sisters, Edna Denise Council and Amanda White; (2) nephews, DeShawn and Tymell White; (6) aunts.
