Minister Patricia (Pat) Tunstall (Mills), as- 
cended to her heavenly home on August 11, 
2015 at St. Joseph's/Candler Hospital after a 
valiant battle with an extended illness. Pat 
was born to Izetta Palmer and the late Ray 
Smith, in Buffalo New York on Janus,ry 17, 
1958. She received herformsal education 
through the Evans County School System, 
hereafter continuing her education at 
Savannah Tech and Walden University 
where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in 
Early Childhood Education. She was actively 
pursuing her master's degree from Ashford 
University. 
Pat was blessed with a large and loving 
family. She married her friend Barry James 
Tunstall from Dover, Ohio on June 7,1989. 
Pat was instrumental in the development of 
the many children she cared for through her 
in home child care service - Little Lambs 
which was an asset to the community. She 
always encouraged the children to be the 
best they could be. 
She was an ordained minister since 1998. 
She worked faithfully within her community 
and surrounding area. She went above and 
beyond to assist individuals in need. She is 
dearly missed by her loved ones, who 
celebrate the fact that she is at peace with 
her Lord and Savior. 
Pat is survived by her husband Barry, her 
sons, Mayc-o (Alejandra) McKeever of 
Springfield VA, Xavier Tunstall of Cherry 
Point NC, and Walter Moore of Huntsville 
AL. Her Mother: Izetta (Roosevelt) Palmer of 
Hagan GA. Brothers: David Smith of Hagan 
GA, and David D Smith of Alma GA. Sisters: 
Denise (Tony) Brewton of Macon GA, Jenifer 
McDonald of Atlanta, GA. Grandchildren: 
Ajane' McKeever, Javen Garrison of 
Jacksonville NC and Lavon Moore of Hunts- 
ville AL. A host of nephews and nieces.
