Mr. Sidney Fennell was born on October 3, 1946 to 
Nathaniel and Eunice Fennell both which have passed through 
the beautiful gates. And the Lord said, My spirit shall not 
always strive with man (Genesis 6:3). God received His spirit 
Saturday, September 21, 2013. He has one brother, Archie 
Fennell and two sisters, Pricilla Mincey and Petronia Fennell that 
preceded him in death. Sidney attended the Evans County Public 
School. 
Sidney moved to Cleveland, OH in 1966 where he continued 
his education. He was the transportation manager of the 
Sheraton Hopkins Hotel for 36 years. He was the manager of all 
front end employees. He became employed with Standard 
Parking in Cleveland, OH. Everyone loved to ride Sidneys bus for 
they were sure to have a good time while touring downtown 
Cleveland and all the events. 
After working for many years he met and married Linda White, 
to this union two sons were born; Sidney A. Jr. and Aaron LeDell. 
They all attended Beulah Baptist Church in Cleveland, OH. He 
relocated to Claxton, GA in 2010 where he joined United House 
of Prayer. 
He leaves to cherish his fond memories; three sons, Sidney A. 
Fennell Jr., Aaron Fennell (Robin) and Patrick Fennell; two 
grandsons Aaron Fennell Jr. and Mawyjah Fennell all of 
Cleveland, OH, one brother Nathaniel Jr. (Laura) of Wasilla, AK; 
three sisters Surrina Greene (Thomas III) of Cleveland, OH, 
Barbara Whitfield of Altanta, GA and Annette Fennell of Claxton, 
GA; two loving aunts Emma Boney of Claxton, GA and Billie 
Mincey of Fort Lauderdale, FL. A special caring and loving 
nephew Charlie Mincey. A host of nieces, nephews, great nieces 
and great nephews. His best friend for 40 years Joe Paul, and 
devoted friends Hazel Ford and daughters Crystal and Misty all of 
Cleveland, OH.
