Dickerson RECESSIONAL ^nte/nnwnt Hagan Chapel Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery Hagan Chapel Missionary Baptist Church Social Hall (06(7(1(1/^ Cora Lee Jones Mikel, bom November 25, 1929 in Evans County, Georgia passed on into eternal rest on May 2, 2011 after an extended illness. She was the daughter of the late Walter and Almetia Jones. At an early age, Cora Lee joined The Hagan Chapel Missionary Baptist Church where she served faithfully as chairperson of the kitchen ministry. She also served as a deaconess. Her membership was gready appreciated among the members. Cora Lee was married to Hubert Mikel. From this union, two children were born. She wiU be sadly missed and mourned by one son, Ronald Mikel (Bonita), one daughter, Doris Tombhn, one sister, Margia Jones (Elmore), three grandchildren, Shika Carter (Gary), Shannon Tennille Mikel, and Ryan Tomblin (Natalie), and two great- grandchildren, Christian Carter and Zion Heard, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. me Dont grieve, Im just going home, To rest from my weary years. My father has come to claim His own. So I have no earthly fears. Just be with Him and wait, I wiU look for you to come. Beyond the beautiful golden gate, I win wait for you to come. Home is with my Savior above, He smiles on the pure in heart. For all who live for Him in love. They wiU never, never have to part. It may be morning, noon or night, I dont want anyone to mourn. My Father is rich, my heart is right. For Im just going home.
