GLENN, OFFICIATING Harpers Funeral Home In Charge ) OBITUARY I Mrs. Mozie H. Echols was born May 9, 1903 in Emanuel County. She was the daughter of the late Mrs. Polly Hicks Phillips. She was the wife of Mr. Tillman Echols. At the time of her passing she was a faithful member of the Thomas Grove A.M. E. Church and also a retired school teacher who had taught in the Evans School System for many years. She departed this life Oct; 14, 1972. She leaves to mourn, a husband, Mr. Till- man Echols, Claxton, Ga.; two sisters, Mrs. Leora Hicks, Mrs. Ethel M. Dawson, Jacksonville Beach, Fla.; two brothers-in-law, Mr. Lee Dawson, Jack- sonville Beach, Fla., Mr. Thomas Echols, Blake- ly, Ga.; one sister-in-law, Mrs. Dessie Miller, Lakeland, Fla.; and. ;a host of neices, nephews, cousins and other relatives and devoted friends.
