Mark Bereen, Eulogist Pastor Hope Christian Ministry Richmond, Virginia Committal: Cedarcreek Cemetery, Manassas, Georgia Obituary Mrs. Annie Bea Oxetidine-Harden went home to be with the Lord, Sunday, August 15,2010 at Chippenham Hospital, Richmond, VA. Annie Bea, the middle of three children, was born on November 14, 1939 to the late Henry and Rosa Mae Fears-Oxetidine. Annie Bea and her sisters were raised by Anna Reed Oxendine. She was a 1958 graduate of Evans County High School (Longhorns), Claxton, Georgia. She joined St. John Missionary Baptist Church, Claxton, Georgia and worked in various ministries of the church (Sunday School, BTU, etc.) On February 4,1961, Annie Bea was united in holy matrimony to Willie James Harden. In the early 60's, she and her family moved to Brooklyn, N.Y. Annie Bea joined Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, xvhere she served as a Deaconess and continued her spiritual walk with Jesus. Her sister, Geraldine Milton and a God-child, Tamika preceded her in death. She leaves to cherish her memory and spiritual wisdom, sons, Curtis A. Harden, Sr. (Satidra) and Hasheen Slaughter, daughter, Yolanda Harden-Faulkner, Granddaughter, Anaya Glover (Sherod), three grandsons, Lamar Richard, Curtis Harden, Jr., and Tevin Harden, all of Richmond; tivo great grandsons, Shamari Richard and Sherod Glover, Jr.; four God Children, Crystal, Joe, Billy and Varian; sister, Pauline Oxendine Glover, Claxton, Georgia, three half-sisters, Jennie Lee Cotton, Hetirietta Greer and Nancy Oxendine; two half-brothers, Henry Oxendine, Jr., and Calvin Oxendine, all of Lexington, Kentucky; Marvin Dodson, Michael Richard and Eugene Slaughter whom she affectionately called her sons and a host of loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
