Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church Claxton, Georgia OBITUARY Henry Middleton, Jr., was bom on January 31, 1938, to the late Henry Middleton, Sr., and Marietta Williams Middleton in Bryan County, Georgia. He later moved to Evans County and attended the public school there. After high school, he served his country by joining the United States Air Force. He was united in marriage to the former Mary Alice Lane who preceded him in death. He was also predeceased by his sis- ter, Etta Mae Middleton; and two brothers, Johnnie Middleton and Benny Lewis Middleton. Henry leaves to cherish his memory, four children, Darren Lane (Becky) and Gregory Middleton, both of Claxton, GA, Patricia Boyd (Nathan) of Ellabell, GA, and DeVino Jackson of MD; four sisters, Daisy Benjamin, Betty Ann Smith and Christine McCoy (Charles) all of Claxton, GA, and Rosa Palmer of Hinesville, GA; one brother, Willie L. Middleton of Claxton, GA; four sisters-in-law, Dorothy Byrd of MD, Hilda Foy of FL, Kathy Foy of Philadelphia, PA, and Gloria Campbell (William) of FL; two brothers-in-law, Gary Holland (Bmnetta) of Claxton, GA, and Willie Foy of SC; seven grandchildren, fourteen great- grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends; and a very special friend, Bumice Brown.
