She departed this life on February 21, 2003, at Evans Memorial Hospital. She joined Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church at an early age. She was married to the late Themell Porter of Glennville, GA. She leaves to cherish her memories, three loving daugh- ters, Dorothy P.
