Coleman and the late Charlie McCoy, Sr. He attended school in Evans County. A Time To Worship: He and his wife Clara attended the Church of God in Glennville, Georgia. A Time To Marry: Charlie McCoy Jr. was joined in Holy Matrimony to Clara Bell Davis on December 24, 1954. To this union three children were bom. A Time To Die: Charlie departed this life on Monday, October 25, 1999 at Memorial Medical Center in Savannah, Georgia. A Time To Mourn: He leaves to cherish his memories, a wife, Clara Belle McCoy, Glennville, Ga.; four children, Yolanda Robinson (Grady) of Claxton, Georgia, Sharon McCoy of Glennville, Georgia, Charles Anthony McCoy of Claxton, Georgia and Isreal McCoy of Miami, Florida; his mother, Bertha Coleman; two sisters, Leslie McCoy of Statesboro, Georgia and Johnnie Mae Moody of Glennville, Georgia; three aunts, Mildred Carr, Shellie Miller, Claxton, Georgia, and Ella Sherman of Toledo, Ohio; four sisters-in-law, Bonnie Berry, Thelma Davis, Marion (Robert) Collins, all of Glennville, Georgia, Shirley (Ernest) Harvell of Jacksonville, Florida; six brothers-in-law, Jerry (Elizabeth) Davis, Metter, Georgia, J.D. Davis, James Davis, Jimmy (Linda) Davis, Edward (Geraldine) Davis and Jerome Davis, all of Glennville, Georgia; eleven grandchildren, four great- grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. A special friend, Mary Alice Williams. Miss Me! When I come to the end of the road. And the sun has set for me; I want no rites in a gloom-filled room. Why cry for a soul set free. Miss me a little - but not too long ami not with your head bowed low. Remember the love that we once shared; Miss me - but let me go. For this journey is a that we all must take.
