OBITUARY Mrs. Annie Ruth Wallace, the daughter of the late Mrs. Maude Tootle Godbee and Tom Watson Godbee. She was born April 16,1925 in Stilston, Georgia. She departed this life Friday, April 27, 1984. She was the youngest daughter of three children, two sisters which preceded her in death; Sara Banks and Mae Frances Godbee. At an early age she joined the Mt. Calvary Baptist Church. November 29, 1958, she joined in holy matrimony to Flerbert Lee Wallace Jr., who preceded her in death. To this union two children were born. She leaves to mourn two devoted daughters, Ms. Lynda Wallace, Claxton and Mrs. Sara Alice Robinson, Fort Dix, New Jersey. One son, Herbert James Wallace of Claxton; one son-in-law, Mr. Lonnie Robinson, Fort Dix, New Jersey; one brother-in-law, Mr. Julius C. Banks, Claxton; two aunts, Mrs. Thelma Levant, Claxton and Mrs. Carrie Smith, Savannah; two uncles, Mr. Mack Godbee, White Plains, New York, and Mr. Clinton Levant, Claxton. Four grandchildren, Bernard and George Wallace, Claxton, Antonio and Lonnie Robinson, Fort Dix, New Jersey. A devoted friend Russell Bacon, Claxton and a host of other relatives and friends. TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS The time has come for me to go, a path we all must take. But life goes on for all of you, decisions you must make. So keep my memory in your hearts, not just sitting on a shelf. And most of all do the best you can, to make something of yourself.
