He departed this life May 19, 1981, in Chatham County Memorial Hospital, Savannah, Georgia. At an eariy age, he joined the Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church where he served actively in the youth choir and Christian Education Class. He leaves to mourn a loving father and mother, Mr. Eldred Williams and Mrs. Betty Ruth Williams; four sisters, Mrs. Gloria Lovette, Ft. Banning, Georgia; Kay Williams, Albany, Georgia; PVT-2 Sharon Williams, Ft.
