FUNERAL SERVICES FOR MRS. IDA R. BLACK SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 8, 1969 2:00 P. M. THE HOUSE OF PRAYER BELLVILLE, GEORGIA HARPERS FUNERAL HOME IN CHARGE OBITUARY Mrs. Ida Reed Black, the daughter of the late Jerry and Betsy Reed, was born in July, 1881, in Madison, Georgia. She joined the House of Prayer at an early age. There she served as a faithful member and an active worker. At an early age she united to Mr. Willie M. Black. To this union two children were born, one of which is deceased. She passed away on Saturday, February 1, 1969, at 3:30 oclock, at the Evans Memorial Hospital. She leaves to mourn, one daughter, Mrs. Annie Lou Coving- ton, of Claxton, Georgia; one son-in-law, Mr. Melvin Covington, of Claxton, Georgia; one sister-in-law, Mrs. Viola Black of Hinesville, Georgia; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. She has kept her faith, now she is gone to her reward. Sleep on, sleep on, we love you but God loves you best.
