Dear Sir 
those few lines will in form [inform]  you that I am still Relying on you to trans act [transact]  my business for me as well as you can this is some of the Indians in my Section that has imployd [employed]  [unclear text: Jn. Eaton ]  to attend to their business but I would [unclear text: prefer ]  you in [unclear text: preffens [preference]  ]  to him & I think that tha [they]  will be sorrow for imploying [employing]  him in the place of you I want you to write to me in relation to the progress you are making in Relation to my intrust I am not the [illegible text]  but what I will obtain Justice from you if you can obtain Justice for our government This is the [illegible text]  which has a barring [bearing]  on my mind but I hope you will be Suxsesful [Successful]  in gaining all of our claims you have him absent a long time from us but I am in [unclear text: hops [hopes]  ]  that you will have good luck in your undertakeing [undertaking]  & good health & Return home safe & sound I am in good health
