Johnston, for services rendered from March 11 through October 14, 1790. The most notable charges are those for printing proclamations regarding an attack on an unnamed chief of the Cusseta Creek Indians. A note on the document indicates that the funds to pay Johnston were to be drawn from the state contingent fund.</dc:description><dc:description>Digital image and encoded transcription of an original manuscript, scanned, transcribed and encoded by the Digital Library of Georgia in 2001, as part of GALILEO, funded in part by a grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services.</dc:description><dc:format>text/html</dc:format><dc:format>image/jpeg</dc:format><dc:identifier>tcc862</dc:identifier><dc:language>eng</dc:language><dc:relation>Mode of access: World Wide Web.</dc:relation><dc:relation>System requirements: AT&amp;T DjVu browser plug-in needed to view images of documents.</dc:relation><dc:rights>http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/NoC-US/1.0/</dc:rights><dc:source>Manuscript held by the Hargrett Rare Book and Manuscript Library, The University of Georgia Libraries, Telamon Cuyler, box 73, folder 03, document 03.</dc:source><dc:subject>Georgia--Politics and government</dc:subject><dc:subject>Creek Indians--Crimes against</dc:subject><dc:subject>Printing--Accounting</dc:subject><dc:title>[Letter with enclosed] account for printing charges due by the state of Georgia to J. and N.
