United States, 39.76, -98.51784This is a financial account of monies owed to Daniel McMurphy by the State of Georgia for his salary and accumulated expenses in service to the state as an Indian agent. McMurphy claims he is owed fifty pounds for his salary from January 1782 to January 1783 and reimbursement for several purchases. The purchases include a horse given to an Indian in return for one that was stolen by whites, potatoes for the Creek Indians, and lead for the Tallassee (also Tallasee, Talasee, Tallassie) King .
