Wilson, who bing [being] duly sworn deposeth and saith, that he served as a volunteer against the Creek Indians from the first to the sixth of December 1835, inclusive and that during that period he commanded a company of volunteers raised in the county of Early for the purpose of repelling the incursions of said Indians -- [Signed] William S Wilson Sworn to before me, March 28th 1836.
