Gentlemen, 
Agreeably to the directions of his Honor the Governor during the adjournment of your honorable Board I paid to Thomas Garvis an Express from Mr. Timothy Barnard from the Creek Nation the Sum of Four pounds seven shillings -- Also to Richard Reynolds for riding Express from his honor the Governor to Genl. [General]  Twiggs the sum of nine shillings & four pence, for which said
