Jernigan asserts that all of the Indian groups in Florida are familiar with the area along the Georgia border and visit it frequently.  He informs the governor that since Tustunnuggee's surrender, other Indians have made additional inroads from Florida northward in the direction of the Okefenokee Swamp.
