Ellicott informs Telfair that he has received a letter from (William Augustus ?) Bowles that was originally directed to the commissioners for running the Indian boundary line.  Ellicott writes that he has enclosed the letter for the Governor's consideration.  Also originally enclosed was Ellicott's own report on the boundary line.
