Sir 
As I have just Arive [Arrived]  from the Creak Nation With an Express & is a poor man and was under the disagreable [disagreeable]  necessaty [necessity]  of Coming away & Leaving all my Clothing I hope your Honor will make some provision for me that I may not be [illegible text]   
I should Brought my property if it had been in my power but Leaving the Nation in the night I Could not procure them. I am Also with but one Shilling to suport [support]  my self or hors [horse]  & my horse is possitively [positively]  Tyred [Tired]
