By request of General Twiggs, I take the liberty to inform you that it is his wish you should take command of One hundred men who are ordered to attend the hon'ble [honorable]  the commissioners at the Treaty at the Rock landing the 20th Inst. [Instant]   
I must therefore request you will proceed to the Big shoals of Ogeechee immediately -- if they should be gone on to the rock landing please
