Troup concerning the running of the boundary line between the United States and the Creek Nation according to the recent Treaty of Indian Springs, 1825 signed by McIntosh and others.  McIntosh reiterates that he was speaking plainly when he said that the Georgians have his consent to begin running the boundary line.
